British Investor Bridgepoint Acquires Belgian Software Pioneer Lansweeper

British private equity firm Bridgepoint has acquired a majority stake in Belgian tech pioneer Lansweeper, in a deal valued at an estimated €800 million, to accelerate global expansion.
